NexCircle Workday Pass

Places in Taipei worth a whole day
chosen one at a time

NexCircle Workday Pass is a weekday pass that companies buy for their people. An employee picks a day to work at a partner space, shows the pass for one drink, and stays for the afternoon. It does not get in the way of your weekday operations, and we settle with you monthly on actual visits.

  • Weekday guests, paid for by their company
  • No exclusivity, no listing fee
  • Settled monthly on actual visits

Spaces already on board

CollaPlay and Day 1 have joined. We built each of them a dedicated page on the NexCircle main site for remote workers to find.

What the partnership looks like

STEP 01

The company pays first

Companies buy weekday work allowances for their people each month and settle centrally, so guests never pay out of pocket.

STEP 02

An employee picks a day

Weekdays 10:00 to 17:00. They show the pass on their phone, get a drink, and stay for the afternoon.

STEP 03

We settle with you at month end

Based on actual visits. In a month with no visits, you carry no cost at all.

The first round runs from mid-September to mid-November 2026, with one to three companies testing it, each with a team of about 10 to 20 people.

What we look for in a space

The value of this pass lies in choosing well, so the list will stay small. We look for places where all of the following hold.

  • Seats and power you can stay at all afternoon
  • Reliable Wi-Fi
  • Someone on site that guests can ask
  • A drink you are happy to put your name to
  • Room on weekday daytimes for a few new guests

Coworking spaces, independent cafés, arts venues, and renovated old buildings are all on our list.

The lines we are recruiting along first

We are looking along these four lines, so people can reach you easily from home or the office, and you are more likely to see steady guests.

  • Bannan Line
  • Songshan-Xindian Line
  • Tamsui-Xinyi Line
  • Zhonghe-Xinlu Line

Not on these lines? Leave your details anyway. The second cohort will reach further, and I will keep you in mind.

Are these guests a fit for you

Are these guests a fit for you

  • They come on weekdays between 10:00 and 17:00
  • Remote and hybrid office workers, on their own or in twos and threes
  • Quiet workers with laptops who need power and stay a while
  • We pay for one drink. Anything else they order is yours

What changes in your day

What changes in your day

  1. 1When a guest arrives, glance at the pass on their phone. It shows a running seconds counter, so a screenshot will not work
  2. 2Hand over a drink
  3. 3Everything else is how you already look after guests

No system to install, no POS changes, no new dashboard for staff to learn.

What you do not take on

  • No exclusivity. You can work with other platforms at the same time
  • No upfront fees and no listing fee
  • No reserved seats. We plan guest numbers around the weekday availability you tell us
  • No long contract. To stop, just give us 14 days notice

Why one round is worth trying

The first cohort is one to three companies with about 10 to 20 people each, spread across several spaces. Each space sees only a few guests, so you do not need to change how you operate.

Questions

How do you choose spaces
The first spaces were picked one at a time, places I had visited or researched myself. This page is now open for spaces to approach us too, and the bar is the same: the five points above.
What if we are full
Guest numbers in the first round are small, and we plan around the weekday availability you give us. If you are ever full, email our support address or message us on Instagram, and we will help the guest move to a nearby partner space.

Do I absorb the cost of the drink
No. What we pay you already covers it.
What if guests stay until closing
Your usual rules apply. We will not ask you to relax them.
Do I have to decide now
No rush. Leave your details first, I will come by and talk it through, and then you decide whether to try it.
Will you see my customers' data
Only visit counts and time slots. No purchase details.
What happens after the pilot
Each side decides whether to continue. Nothing renews automatically.

Interested? Leave your details

You do not need to decide anything now. Leave your details and I will arrange a time to come and sit in your space, walk you through the process in person, and then you decide whether to join the first round.

Leaving your details commits you to nothing. I only use them to contact you about this.
